By accessing or placing an order on happilycrafter.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
2. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our items.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement will apply.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only upon successful online payment. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Cash on delivery is not available. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability, with a full refund issued.
5. Shipping
We ship within India only via Shiprocket. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Happily Crafter is not liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our products, returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence sent to bhargava2008@gmail.com. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of Happily Crafter and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Happily Crafter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
